Return & Refund Policy

At UrbanHypes, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • Include all original tags, packaging, and accessories.

  • Not be damaged, washed, or altered.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or clearance items.

  • Gift cards.

  • Personalized or customized products.

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method whenever possible.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective.

  • Damaged during shipping.

  • Incorrectly shipped.

To request an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include photos of the issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:

  • Your order number.

  • Clear photos of the product.

  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable).

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.
