  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully placed.

We currently deliver across Pakistan.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping is available on eligible orders as advertised on our website.

  • Standard shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed during checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details (where available), allowing you to monitor your shipment's progress.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) in selected areas of Pakistan.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make delivery attempts according to their standard procedures.

If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the package, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged Packages

International Shipping

At this time, UrbanHypes only ships within Pakistan.
